R is for Rain

Unless you are Gene Kelly….

the best thing about rain, especially flowing steadily over a tin roof….

is the wonderful way it puts you to sleep quicker than a cat curling up.

  1. I love the rain … but I don’t love the way it stirs up the dust under my house, and with open floorboards directly under carpet makes my house smell dusty for days.

    • Good point there! Thanks for the visit.

  2. It is soothing, isn’t it? Good luck with your missionary quest.

    • Thank you! For the comment and the visit 🙂
